Michael Bublé’s Son Noah Said To Be Recovering After Cancer Diagnosis
Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato have revealed some positive news regarding their son Noah – he is responding well to cancer treatment and said to be making a full recovery from the horrible disease.
In November 2016, the Canadian singer announced the heartbreaking news that his three-year old son had been undergoing chemotherapy.
He’d been diagnosed with liver cancer after doctors initially thought the little boy had mumps, only to discover his illness was a lot more serious.
The couple released a statement to update the world on their son’s progress, and it turns out it’s positive news.
We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us.
The statement continues,
Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words. We’d also like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey, we are greatly comforted by your support and love.
The happy parents released the update on their son’s condition shortly after the toddler’s aunt – Daniela Lopilato – revealed to journalist Tomas Dente that he was ‘on the mend’, but she wasn’t happy about the journalist leaking this information.
Daniela took to Twitter to express her annoyance, saying, ‘Don’t use my name in the media with information and things that I haven’t said. Noah is doing well and his parents will speak when they want to’.
Bublé had to pull out of presenting The BRIT Awards this month so he could be there for Noah while he underwent treatment.
The ‘Just Haven’t Met You Yet’ singer wanted to spend quality time with his family.
British TV stars Emma Willis and Dermot O’Leary are now to set to replace him at the event on February 22, 2017.
