You Won’t Believe What These Twenty Reality Stars Are Up To Now
Reality TV has churned out an entire galaxy of stars since it first emerged as a TV genre back in the 1990s. From MTV’s The Real World, to VH1’s America’s Next Top Model, the reality TV model has kept us enthralled, amazed, amused and even appalled for almost thirty years. But what happened to some of the genre’s biggest stars after the lights went out and the cameras stopped rolling? Here’s what happened to twenty huge reality TV stars after they left the shows that made them famous.
Eva Marcille – America’s Next Top Model
Marcille won the third season of America’s Next Top Model way back in 2004. Since then, she’s gone on to star as the character Tyra Hamilton in the long-running soap, The Young and the Restless, as well as making appearances in other reality shows, such as About the Business, where she appeared as an investor on the show. She also has a daughter with rapper Kevin McCall.
William Hung – American Idol
Hung shot to fame in 2004 following his terrible rendition of Ricky Martin’s ‘She Bangs‘ on the third season of American Idol. A video of his off-key performance went viral, with over two million views in a matter of days. Hung released an album off the back of his performance, but by 2011 he had tired of pursuing the celebrity life and instead accepted a job as a technical crime analyst for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
