1D Star Louis Tomlinson Back In Touch With Ex Eleanor Calder
Former One Direction band member Louis Tomlinson is back in touch with his ex girlfriend and long-time lover Eleanor Calder, turning to her for comfort after the recent tragic events in his life.
The 25-year old singer sadly lost his mother, Johannah Deakin, on December 7, 2016. She died fairly suddenly after losing a short battle with leukaemia, being just 43-years old at the time.
Her devastating passing came just days before Louis kicked off his solo career, releasing new single ‘Just Hold On’ shortly after his mom’s death and hitting number two on the UK’s singles chart and number 52 on the Billboard Top 100.
2017 brought the singer more hardships as his relationship with actress and long-term girlfriend Danielle Campbell came to an end.
But now the solo artist has reached out to former flame Eleanor Calder amidst his heartbreak in a plea to get back together with the 24-year old brunette.
Louis took to social media to reach out to Calder, by re-following her on Instagram in a bid to get back in touch with his former sweetheart.
The pair were together for a lengthy four years before their relationship fizzled out whilst Tomlinson was still in boy band One Direction.
A source close to the pop star confirmed that Eleanor has agreed to regain contact with Louis, telling The Sun:
Louis has had a rough ride the past few months and Eleanor wants him to know she is there if he needs anybody to talk to. They were together for a number of years and Louis feels he can rely on her.
Eleanor and Louis were introduced to each other by band member Harry Styles and seemingly hit it off. Eleanor was a special part of Louis’ life, even being maid of honour at his mother Johannah’s wedding in 2014.
Louis became a dad in 2015 to the now one-year old Freddie, with LA girl Briana Jungwirth.
