Kim Kardashian Recalls Paris Robbery In KUWTK Sneak Preview

Kim Kardashian West has kept pretty tight-lipped on the shocking robbery that occurred last year which saw her held at gunpoint for millions of dollars worth of her jewellery.

She’s finally been seen opening up about the shocking ordeal in a preview of an upcoming Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode on E!.

In a sneak peak of next week’s show, Kim is seen recalling the traumatic incident to her family.

She remembers seeing a gun ‘clear as day’ and recollects feeling like there was ‘no way out’ as her attackers – who disguised themselves as French policemen – tied her up and threatened her.

She tells sisters Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian what really happened, saying,

They ask for money. I said I don’t have any money. They dragged me out to the hallway, on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs.

She then goes on to reveal that trying to escape posed too dangerous of an option at the time, explaining,

Am I gonna run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? Either they’re gonna shoot me in the back, or if they don’t and I make it, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I’m f—ed.

The 36-year old reality star and socialite was thankfully left physically unharmed in the attack that occurred in October 2016, but it has clearly left her emotionally scarred.

The robbery saw Kim take a step out of the public eye for a few months as a result of the trauma she’d endured, with her no longer keeping her fans updated with her every move on the likes of Twitter and Snapchat, something that is usually a huge part of her career.

She finally made a return to her social media platforms in January of this year and has been back to her usual ways ever since.

The mom of two does admit that the mugging has left her and her famous family very wary of their celebrity status and the dangers they face by living their lives in the spotlight.

The heartless robbers stole Kim’s engagement ring from rapper Kanye West, which was worth an estimated $9.5 million.

The thirteenth season of KUWTK is back on E!, with Kim explaining the full ordeal on next Sunday’s episode.
