Beyoncé Rumoured To Be Voicing Nala In Lion King Live-Action Movie
Beyoncé is about to become a real life lioness and turn her talents to the big screen.
Disney are currently approaching her about voicing the role of Nala in their live action remake of The Lion King.
According to Variety magazine, the 35-year old is ‘top choice’ for the part.
Director of the upcoming movie, Jon Fravreau, has his sights set on Queen Bey for one of the film’s main characters.
Nala is Simba’s closest childhood friend in the film and is one of the lead roles in the Disney favourite.
Beyoncé is yet to respond to the offer due to her pregnancy taking priority over any future commitments.
But sources close to Disney have said they are willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to get her on board.
They may have to work around her hectic schedule in order to ensure she’s a part of the future hit.
The ‘Formation’ singer is expecting twins with her husband Jay-Z.
