Karlie Kloss Lauches New Website As Part Of ‘Kode With Klossy’ Campaign
Karlie Kloss has launched an official website for her millions of worldwide fans.
The blonde beauty, who has been strutting her stuff on the runway since 2005, announced the launch of the ‘Karlie Kloss’ site yesterday.
She’s teamed up with web development company Wix in a bid to help more people get web-savvy.
Posting to her 6.7 million followers on Instagram, the 24-year old wrote,
I built my own stunning website! karliekloss.com is now live, thanks to @wix
The former Victoria’s Secret angel launched the new site as part of her ‘Kode with Klossy’ venture which empowers girls to get more involved in the tech world.
Launching in 2014, Kloss wants to share her own experiences learning code with her inspired fans.
The ‘Kode with Klossy’ group now hosts summer camps where teen-girls can learn coding, as well as career scholarships for women who want to become developers.
And it seems Taylor Swift‘s bestie has been using her new-found knowledge to create her own official site.
She also took to Twitter to reveal the stunning new project, saying in her promo video,
Today I’m going to show you how to create your own website with wix… I can create my own beautiful website and so can you.
Fans are already reacting positively to the model’s latest launch.
One Instagram user gushed, “I love the things you endorse [as they] are not so superficial”.
While another adoring fan wrote, “There are not many people I look at and think, wow I want to be like her. But she has done it.”
In a recent interview with Joanna Coles, Chief Content Officer of Hearst Magazines, the inspiration opened up about dealing with the pressures that being in the modelling industry brings.
I was called both too fat and too thin by a casting agent on the same day.
But the Chicago-born star chooses to rise above the harsh comments, saying, “I don’t want to please anyone but myself.”
She’s even teamed up with sports brand Adidas to launch her own range of fitness gear, showing what a strong, healthy and inspiring figure she is.
