Adele Tells London Crowd That She Will Never Tour Again
Music sensation Adele has hinted that she may never tour again.
The ‘Hello’ singer is down to her final few shows after embarking on her worldwide tour over 15 months ago.
But as she takes to the stage at London’s Wembley Arena to round off her incredibly journey, she’s told fans she may never take to the road again.
In a handwritten note left inside the concert program, the 29-year old wrote,
So this is it. After 15 months on the road and 18 months of 25 we are at the end. We have taken this tour across [the] UK + Ireland, throughout Europe, all over America and I finally got to go to Australia and New Zealand too.

Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn’t suit me particularly well. I’m a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things. Plus I’m dramatic and have a terrible history of touring. Until now that is!
The mom of one went on to reveal how busy the last year and a half has been for her.
I’ve done 119 shows and these last 4 will take me up to 123, it has been hard but an absolute thrill and pleasure to have done. I only ever did this tour for you and to hopefully have an impact on you the way that some of my favourite artists have had on me live. And I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don’t know if I’ll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home. Thank you for coming, for all of your ridiculous love and kindness. I will remember all of this for the rest of my life.
She signed off the heartfelt letter with, “I love you. Goodnight for now, Adele”.
Fans have so far been accepting of the singer’s decision.
So glad I finally got to see Adele live. What a gracious human being you are. Thank you. Thank you so much. now go be a mamma!

While others are gutted to have missed out on the chance to see their idol perform live.
I hope this is not true because I selfishly want more people to see Adele and witness what I was able to witness.

Another heartbroken fan tweeted,
Nooo! It’s my dream to attend one of her tours.

But Adele’s announcement hasn’t come as a complete shock.
During a show in Auckland, New Zealand, this year, Adele told the crowd,
Touring isn’t something I’m good at. Applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable. I don’t know if I will ever tour again. The only reason I’ve toured is you. I’m not sure if touring is my bag. My greatest accomplishment in my career is this tour.
The British singer has three more nights left of her tour, aptly finishing off her gigs in her hometown of London.
